TESTIMONIAL

What Clients Say

We stayed at this house for 10 days, the house was great, we loved the pool and hot tub. The house had all the small appliances as well as a grill

Robin G.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The alarm took some time to get used to as you couldn’t have the door open longer than 30 seconds at a time. The house was very clean with nice fresh towels. You could not beat this location being a 7 min walk to the JW Marriott.

Dan F.

Terrific house in a really nice quiet neighborhood. Nice short walk to the beach and very close to grocery stores and yummy restaurants. House had everything we needed - very comfortable layout. Host very responsive when we had questions.

I don't even know where to begin. We had two families staying for four nights. Starting pre-arrival, Demetria was amazing in answering questions and providing information. Upon arrival, the house was spotless, clean, well laid out, and the perfect space. We had kids ranging from an infant to 12 years old, and we had plenty of space. The layout of the home is very good, and even included a washer and dryer which was great for us. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor space were quite literally perfect. We spent almost all of our time out there. Also a plus, the walkability of the property. You could be to shops/restaurants/beach within 10 minutes. We will be back. If you are looking for a rental in Marco, you cannot go wrong with this home, or working with Demtria. Thank you again!!

This property is ok. The location is great, very easy walk to tiger tail beach and easy walk or drive to restaurants. The pool at the house is as advertised, heated and clean. The hot tub buttons don’t respond all of the time and took a little work to get to turn on but we figured it out and it heated up nicely. Nothing about the house ruined the trip but nothing super special about the house either. Its relatively clean but it needs an update. The house has everything you’d need but things are old. Beach toys and chairs are great and seemed new. Pool toys are due for replacement- most things were very water logged. Plenty of pool towels but they are old and beginning to fray. The kitchen has everything you’d need but again things just seemed heavily used. The blender had a top but missing the small plastic insert in the top. Plenty of dishes but lots of mix and matched sets. Overall, it is a nice property but it just feels like the owner hasn’t been there in a while and it could use a few small updates to keep it competitive in the rental market.

This house was perfect for our party of 7 family vacation. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool alarm was annoying but quickly figured out. Restaurants were walking distance and an easy walk to the beach.

Staying at Demetria’s on Marco Island made for a special holiday vacation. The place is extremely clean, fresh, and new. When a cold snap blew in, it was no problem that we couldn’t go to the beach because we were able to utilize her beautifully heated pool & hot tub. Her place is very close to the beach so on warm days we packed up all the beach amenities that she provided in her cart, walked over, and set up shop on the beach. The ocean provided us with beautiful shells and wildlife. Got to see a baby hammerhead shark, octopus, starfish, and the most amazing perfect seashells. Could also spot dolphins in the distance. Demetria’s place was in the perfect location to see everything, not to mention close to fabulous dining! If I came again, I wouldn’t even spend money on a rental car as everything is so close to this house! Thanks Demetria for a fabulous stay!

Heidi B.

Our stay was very pleasant, very quiet neighborhood, very roomy house, with garage full of toys (bicycles, beach chairs and beach toys for the kids) very pleased with the 2 days we stayed there, everything is very close by in case you need extra or last minute supplies, even restaurants if prefer to eat out. I would definitely go again and/or recommend to a friend. Thank you. Keep it up.

Our family enjoyed a long weekend at Demetria's property. The description of her lovely property was spot on - just a short walk to the beach, very close to dining and shopping, clean, large home with plenty of room for everyone, and a stunning, private backyard with an awesome pool AND spa! For those that want to experience what Marco Island offers during the day and then retire back to the house for an evening of swimming or hitting the hot tub...this property is for you!
